Registration Instructions for Out-Of-Town Teams and ALL 14U Teams

1. Complete Registration Form and submit league entry fee by date listed on form.
2. Provide league officials with official roster before March 31, 2010.
3. Provide league officials with copies of birth certificates for all registered players before March 31, 2010.
