Registration forms must be received by April 12, 2009. Registrations received after April 12, 2009, will not be accepted without the full amount of the registration and late fee ($80.00 total per player). The player draw and coaches meeting has been moved to April 18, 2009, at 10:00 a.m. at the Elk City Girls Softball 5-plex.

Late registrations will not be accepted after April 19, 2009. The registration form is available online in PDF format and can be downloaded by clicking on this link and mailed in to the following address:
