Registration will be held at the Elk City Softball Complex on the following dates. Registrations will only be accepted during the scheduled registration times or by mail. All mail-in registrations must be RECEIVED no later than March 25, 2011.

Out of Town Teams:

***Registration with payment and roster (including copies of birth certificates) must be received by March 27, 2011, in order for your team to be included on the schedule! If you have any questions about registration, Nicole Smithey at 580.799.4433. Coaches' meeting will be held on April 2, 2011, at 7:00 p.m. at a location TBA.

NO LATE registration will be allowed this year due to number of teams who have expressed interest in playing in our league. In addition, we reserve the right to limit number of teams in any age division due to scheduling. ADMISSION TO THE LEAGUE WILL BE BASED ON FIRST TEAMS TO PAY AND SUBMIT A ROSTER.  

Birth Certificates are required for each child submitted on a team's roster. No birth certificate...no registration!

Cost for 18U, 14U, and12U is $375 per team. 10U, 8U, and 6U is $300 and insurance will be provided by Elk City Girls softball.

This year, Elk City Girls Summer Softball will be providing the insurance for ALL teams. You no longer have the option of providing your own insurance.

***Please Note***All 14U teams will register as Out of Town teams!

Local Players:

Mail-in registration forms must be received by March 25, 2011. No mail-in registrations will be accepted after that date. The player draw and coaches meeting will be held on April 2, 2011, at 7:00 p.m. at a location TBA.

All forms must be received by March 27, 2010, in order to be placed on a team.
